Personal Info:  Rain, along with his great-aunt, Tentmaker, is one of the few survivors of a Plainsrunner tribe wiped out by a prairie fire. Rescued from the fire by Tentmaker, he and she traveled together for many years before falling in with the Rovers.  Rain has settled fairly well into the life of this new tribe and has even picked up a Rover lovemate.
When the Rovers encounter New Hope, he is reunited with his uncle, Longshanks.

Rain is quiet and rather serious by nature, a methodical elf who carries through what he sets out to do with a minimum of fuss.  Likes to look
before he leaps.  Like Tentmaker, he has no particular aversion to other races.  He and Longshanks were close before the fire.
